Believe it or not, many of our new products come from our customers! We receive frequent inquiries about custom orders for items we currently do not have. Often these requests are repeated and that sparks an idea to add an item to our permanent collection for future customers to enjoy.
We research suppliers, that is, find materials from various sellers based on quality and cost to create a new product. Once we have the materials, we design and make the item, photograph it, list it on our website, and make it available for sale!
The last step is the best stage . . . packaging and shipping to your home!
