Our return policy is 30 calendar days. After 30 days have passed from date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund/exchange. Your returned item must be unused and in the original packaging.
The following items are non-refundable: vintage items, handmade veils and scapulars (hygiene consideration), custom orders, and wholesale orders.
Please email us at email@example.com to make a return/exchange. Then mail your product to: Handmade Catholic Shop P.O. Box 1361 Hanceville, Alabama 35077.
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days. You may also exchange your item for the same or different product when there is a problem with your order, but photos will be required as proof of damage in shipment. Please note: only partial refunds are given when the item is returned to us damaged. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return/exchange an item. Using a trackable shipping service is recommended.
