Step 1: Begin with a bolt of wool and cut out 2" wide strips. Glue images of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel to the wool and cut into squares. Cut out braids to 23".
Step 2: Glue edges of the braids underneath the tops of the pictures. Sew cathedral stitching around all four edges of the pictures.
Step 3: Trim the edges of the wool nicely around the images. Tie the braids with a simple knot. Your scapular is ready to bag and ship!
